What is the meaning of the Creole word "voyew?"

I cannot find this is any translation anywhere.

The closest I can come in all the Creole Dictionaries is VOYE which means :
broadcast, cast, ejaculate, send, sling, throw.

I'm wondering if the W on the end is a different tense of this and he base word would be the same?
