Mrs. Robinson would be the speaker of that statement from the Simon and Garfunkel song "Mrs. Robinson."
Where have you gone, Joe DiMaggio
A nation turns its lonely eyes to you (Woo, woo, woo)
What's that you say, Mrs. Robinson
Joltin' Joe has left and gone away
(Hey, hey, hey...hey, hey, hey)

"Joltin' Joe DiMaggio" was a song in its own right, a hit for the Les Brown Orchestra in 1941, when DiMaggio was in the midst of his most-famous baseball feat: hitting safely in 56 consecutive games. http://www.baseball-almanac.com/poetry/joltinjoedimaggio.shtml
DiMaggio got the alliterative nickname Joltin' Joe from his skill at hitting the ball hard, with a jolt.
