Tommy Hutchison and Gary Mabbutt. Both involved Spurs coincidentally, with different results.

In 1981 Tommy Hutchinson scored for his squad Manchester City in the first half, but was charged with an own goal late which allowed Spurs to draw 1-1; in the replay, Spurs got two late goals to edge City for the cup 3-2.

In 1987 Gary Mabbutt scored early to give Spurs a 2-1 advantage over Coventry, but after the score was equalised 2-2 in the second half, Mabbutt was charged with an own-goal in extra time to hand the Cup to Coventry.
