Octavio Dotel played for 13 teams. These are the four who've played for 12 or more teams.

13 . 1999-2013 . Octavio Dotel
12 . 1978-2002 . Mike Morgan
12 . 1992-2011 . Matt Stairs
12 . 1995-2009 . Ron Villone

Kenny Lofton is tops having played for 13 different teams.

Actually, according to The Baseball Almanac, Lofton played for 11 different teams. He played for Cleveland 3 different times. Pitcher Mike Morgan actually played for 12 different teams.

As of November 2020, the previous answers are outdated. Edwin Jackson played for 14 different franchises in his career.
