Please believe this ... The flaming beard mishap occurred at Victoria Station restaurant in Woodland Hills, Ca. [I worked there the first few years of its existence; a couple years prior to Dan's incident.] The multi-layered drink was called a Pancho Villa, it's name derived from the colors of the Mexican flag, in its layering. The 151 rum was laid on top and set aflame. Still trying to recall the red-colored liquer, but certainly the green was green chartreuse. Layered drinks are poured very carefully, one layer at a time, into a pony glass, over the back of a spoon.
