In which Harry Potter book does J K Rowling tell us Hogwart's motto?

Hogwarts' motto is: "Draco dormiens nunquam titillandus" The translation is: Never tickle a sleeping dragon. It's on the front pages of my copy of all of the books. Looks like the picture shown at this site:

So it has been revealed since "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone", volume one in the series.
