I can find no interpretation for the phrase - Google yields only reference to the South Park script.'Lahit' might be a Turkish word meaning sarcophagus or tomb.

The Hebrew phrase 'La Chaim' means 'to life', and is often used as a toast.

It would be in line with the South Park sense of humor to combine these two opposed concepts into a mangled phrase!

"Lehit" is an abbreviation of "Lehitra'ot", also Hebrew and loosely equivalent to "see you later!"
