February in common years the month has 28 days. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/February
With 28 days February is the only month that could fulfill this question.

Unless it's a trick question then it's a leap year February with 29 days. I don't think that needs a reference really?

Yes, it'd be a leap year February. If the 1st were a Friday, then the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th would also be a Friday, and the only month that would end on the 29th day is a leap year February.

Or pretty much any Hebrew month with 29 days - many a time I've seen Elul and Adar start and end on Fridays...
