It's a statue of a standing king with a crown on his head and a scepter extended in his right hand. His left hand rests on a small boy to his left. Of what material is the statue made and who sculpted it? Where is it? Who' the king and who's the boy?

This is of course the Statue of King David created by Nicolas Cordier a French sculptor and painter, in the Renaissance era, and it can be found in the Borghese Chapel of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore in Rome Italy,

The statue depicts the form of David Who David, conqueror of Goliath, pointing towards his descendant, the Messiah
