Why is the football/soccer player Squillaci known as Sébastien Englehart?

Only finding chats about this, but they are consistent in calling it a "mistake" made by the announcers:

"So this new 'Say every players name in every situation you can' thing looked fine on paper. Turns out they slipped up on several players. Squillaci is still being called englehart, after 3 years of his name in commentries. Also, apparently Ashley Cole is Joe Cole, and Ashley Young is Neil Young."

"These being some of the top players in one of the top leagues in the world, you would think they would have fixed these little errors. Not to mention Squillaci's got a mullet in game, while he's practically bald in real life."
