The line was used by Superman in answer to Lois Lane offering him a glass of wine in the 1978 film "Superman: The Movie". The following quote from the film is taken from the wiki page linked below.
"Lois Lane: Um, um, would you like a glass of wine?
Superman: Uh, no, no thanks. I never drink when I fly."
