The five toes and their nicknames are:

Hallux (big toe, great toe)

Second toe (long toe, pointer toe)

Third toe (middle toe)

Fourth toe (ring toe)

Fifth toe (baby toe, little toe, pinky toe, small toe or tiny toe, the outermost toe.)

I can't resist, having just recently named my little granddaughter's toes with the same rhyme I used for her mother's and my mother used for mine and her mother used. . .

Little Pede
Penny Rude
Rudy Whistle
Mary Ossle
Big Tom Bumble!

Little Pea (little toe)
Peter Lou (next toe)
Oosey Nossey (next toe)
Toosey tossey (next toe)
And a Great Big Oppososso (big toe)
