In some of the episodes of "Frasier", at the end during the credits, they show pictures of random people including Ron Howard, Phil Donahue and Pia Zadora. Why are these pictures being shown?

I believe that these are guest stars who have provided the voices for Friasiers radion Talk Show.

In the beginning of each episode, Frasier is doing his live radio show and consulting with a phone in caller about a particular problem. The callers were "special guest stars" - actual celebrities of some sort who played the bit part of the on-air caller. The pictures shown are of those celebrities.
