The earliest indoor pool west of the Mississippi River appears to be the Dorothy Warner Swimming Pool, Butler Hall, Lindenwood College, Missouri. The original pool was known as the Butler pool and opened in 1915.
lindenwood.edu/Archives/Digitized%20Documents/Lindenwood%20Building%20History.pdf no longer exists
(I note that Upper Iowa University also stakes a claim, however according to its website the date given for construction of the pool is 1920, and no earlier than 1917.)
