Orange Blossom Special, which was written by Ervin Rouse and Chubby Wise in 1938 and recorded in 1939. Bill Monroe reinterpreted it with a Blue Grass sound in 1941 and it became a major hit. Johnny Cash performed it in 1965 with his personal style.
