I can only surmise that "Frasier" is the most successful spin - off.

Lasted for 11 years on prime-time

"A different world" - spun off from A Cosby show did last 6 years on NBC.

Can't honestly think of Spin-offs of Miami Vice and Highway to heaven - but not living in USA, could well be wrong

Are you looking for a show that connects those four shows -- maybe a show that had actors that were common to the four shows you mentioned?

Mike is right: Cheers spunoff Frasier, and the short-lived The Tortellis. Different World was a Cosby spin-off, mainly to get Lisa Bonet out of Bill Cosby's line of sight.

"Miami Vice" is only sort of a spin-off of "Hill Street Blues" as it was created by one of the writers of HSB.

"Touched By an Angel" might have been inspired by "Highway to Heaven" (they have similar themes), but is not a spin-off in any real way.

The question actually asks what shows spun off INTO the named ones, not from them. 'The Cosby Show' (as opposed to 'The Bill Cosby Show' earlier) was based on material from a video 'Bill Cosby: Himself'. That's not a TV show, though. link https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Cosby

Touched by an Angel: In 1996, Promised Land was launched as a spin-off series, following the Greene family whom Monica had met during one of her cases. Several crossover episodes aired during Promised Land's three-season run.

Miami Vice is not a Spinoff..
NBC originally wanted to spin off the characters of Officers Renko (a white cop raised in the South) and Hill (a black cop raised in the East) from Hill Street Blues into their own show, but decided not to when it was discovered that they were two of the most popular characters with viewers of the show. However, network executives liked the idea, and eventually it was incoporated into the characters of Sonny Crockett (white cop raised in the South) and Ricardo Tubbs (black cop raised in the East) on this show.

None of these are correct. Another way to phrase the question would be, "These four shows were all spinoffs of what other, much less successful TV show?"
