This can work for you as the acetone won't affect the glasses lens, if they are glass. Keep the acetone off any plastic lens, and also keep off plastic frames.
"Acetone
Acetone is the most common method of Super Glue removal. If you get Super Glue on a table or floor, scrubbing some acetone on the area with a toothbrush rapidly remove traces of the glue. However, it is important to test a patch of the material to ensure that it will not be ruined by the chemical. For stronger Super Glue stains, reapply the acetone another time after the initial application to remove the glue. Acetone is found in nail polish remover; however, there is not enough in this product to remove Super Glue completely, though it can help to break the bonds of the glue slightly. Instead, keep a small bottle of pure acetone in your home to quickly and effectively address Super Glue stains."

I got super glue on the lens of my eye glasses, trying to repair a crack in my frames. I used some WD40 and rubbed the heck out of the lens with a clean cotton cloth and it worked, no more super glue!
