Which 19th century painting by a Belgian artist has been used as an album cover by two different metal bands?

Parsifal by Jean Delville - the bands who used it are The Everdawn and Pseudostratified Epithelium

That's very interesting and not what I had in mind at all. So Jean Delville has had two separate paintings each used by two different metal bands for album cover art.

The one I had in mind was "Les Trésors de Satan" (Satan's Treasures), first used by Hexenhaus in 1988 for their album "A Tribute to Insanity" and then by Morbid Angel in 1991 for their album "Blessed are the Sick".
