Country Band Lonestar covered the song in 2003 and it reached #8 on the Billboard charts.

2003 saw the release of a greatest hits compilation entitled “From There to Here: Greatest Hits.” This album reprised the greatest hits from their first four studio albums, in addition to producing two new singles in the #1 “My Front Porch Looking In“ and a #8-peaking cover of Marc Cohn's “Walking in Memphis.”

American country music band Lonestar also released a cover version of the song. The song, which reached #8 on the Hot Country Songs chart and #61 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2003, can be found on their album From There to Here: Greatest Hits.
