This is a tricky question.
Five presidents--Madison, Buchanan, T. Roosevelt, Ford, and Carter--were all Jr.
Tyler and Jackson were not listed as Jr, but their fathers had the same name, so technically they are juniors, and Obama is listed as II.
So, five or eight, depending on how technical you want to be.
