Where does the quote "Your wish is my command" come from?

That is a worthy answer but can find no attribution for it (even in the link the phrase is never mentioned). My recollection was that Errol Flynn acting as Robert Devereux, Earl of Essex) in "The Private Lives of Elizabeth and Essex" used the phrase addressing his queen, but I cannot find attribution for that either. The only source I can find with those exact words is from the "I Dream of Jeannie" TV show and the quote is attributed to the writer Sidney Sheldon. ................. https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Wishes
