Anguilla has their football federation logo on the right hand side of the flag (or the AFA has part of the flag as their logo):

The national coat of arms of San Marino came long before ("probably... the fourteenth century") the football logo, and the federation's badge includes a circle of text (Federazione Sammarinise Giuoco Calcio) around that coat of arms.
