It's Jacob Young. He was on the soap opera 'General Hospital', at the time. The scene showed him (as Lucky Spencer) declaring his love for Elizabeth, but at the time he was sleeping with her sister. That was the basis of Elle throwing the chocolate at the screen, while screaming 'liar'.
