The letter that occurs most within the 12 months of the year is the letter 'E'. It appears 10 times.

Assuming the English language, a manual count or automatic letter frequency counter shows the letter E occurs the most at 11 times.

No link - I just listed the letters in a spreadsheet and did a count.
