Are Brasso Metal Polish and Noxon 7 Metal Polish the same thing but in different packages?

Given that Brasso is formulated differently in different countries, this is hard to determine.

Their safety data sheets (American formulation) both show the same list of ingredients, in each case listed in descending order of weight. it is possible that the exact amounts differ, even though the order is the same for both.
