Poriot and Marple did meet each other in an anime series but it was not the work of Agatha Christie.

There was this cheeky portrayal of Margaret Rutherford's Jane Marple looking askance at Tony Randall's Poirot in this clip from The Alphabet Murders. Christie was not happy with some aspects of the film which may be considered more of a send up of The ABC Murders than part of Poirot's canon.
