Terra nullis is a territory which is not administered by any country.
Currently (2021), there are two large sections of land which are considered terra nullis: Bir Tawil between Egypt and Sudan, and a large part of Antartica

Terra nullius is not limited to our planet. Any object in Outer Space is considered "Terra nullius", as well.
