After a good deal of researching, it seems there hasn't been a definitive determination of a particular region having a greater amount of bird species than another.
The more prominent Dawn Chorus' can be heard from Europe, North America, central and South America,
With the United Kingdom being more prevalent than the other regions, with a large number of their countries bird species taking part, including different species of blackbirds, robins, wrens, thrushes, and finches.
