"There are two father-son combinations in the roster of Secretaries of War: Simon Cameron (1861-1862) and James D. Cameron (1876-1877) and Alphonso Taft (1876) and William Howard Taft (1904-1908). Another secretary, Robert Todd Lincoln, was the son of a president, and George W. and William H. Crawford were cousins."
