In the U.S. the longest street is in Los Angeles, California. Figueroa Street runs for thirty miles.

North Dakota Highway 46.

Broad Street is only 12.5 miles (with a break at the City Hall block) - amazingly long and straight for a city street, but not close to North Dakota Highway 46.

This site suggest that Highway 46's longest absolutely straight stretch is 30 miles, and that is it beaten by "a stretch of Interstate 80 across the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah that includes a 35-mile straightaway."
