Colfax Ave is the longest continuous street in the in the world, but it is longer than the Denver Metro 26 Mile Marathon. Colfax starts in Golden, CO at Mt Vernon Canyon Rd & W Colfax Ave and ends in Strasburg, CO at E Colfax Ave & Headlight Rd. Google Map the start and end points, move the route to stay on Colfax and you get 50.7 miles. Playboy Magazine once called it the longest and wickedest street in America because it was once a haven for prostitution. Since cleaned up by Denver metro Police Departments.
Emporis.com, a world mapping site, calls it the longest continuous road in the world at 40 miles.

North Dakota Highway 46.
"North Dakota Highway 46, is supposedly the straightest of them all -- plumb line straight -- the longest straight road in America. It stretches across 123 miles of north Dakota prairie from Hwy 30 in the west to a nameless county blacktop just past I-29 in the east, a steady 20 miles south of I-94."
This site suggest that Highway 46's longest absolutely straight stretch is 30 miles, and that is it beaten by "a stretch of Interstate 80 across the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah that includes a 35-mile straightaway."
