The stapes or stirrup bone, one of the three auditory ossicles in the middle ear, is the smallest human bone. It measures from 2.6 to 3.4 millimetres in length and weighs from 2.0 to 4.3 milligrams. Source: The Guinness Book of Records.

The ossicles also called auditory ossicles...not to be confused with icicles. ;)
