I'm not sure, but I think it is Rome, but I'm not sure if they have a Rome in Antartica.

There are NO cities in Antarctica (so far as it has been explored - who knows what might be lurking there, lost tribes, aliens...). So one has to discount Antarctica. Depends too on your definition of city. I think Victoria might fit better - where is Rome in Asia? There is a Victoria - in Hong Kong.

Victoria fits Asia (Hong Kong) and America (British Columbia) easily. Africa is fine as well so long as you count the Seychelles, but is there one in Europe? OK, there's the district in London and a Spanish city called Vitoria (without the "c") but do these count!?

I've just checked Encarta World Atlas and found a couple of places in Romania called Victoria, but these look like (very) small towns at best, so do they count?
And another thing: it many depend on which language you're using - the Italians would call it "Roma" not "Rome"...

I think Victoria in Hong Kong has been renamed since China took over there. What about Bethel or Salem (Jerusalem) or other such biblical names?

There's a Victoria in Malta. Don't know if it's a city, but it counts as Europe. It's easy finding ones that fit in Europe and America, but Asia's the problem. Jerusalem - not one in Europe. No large enough Bethel, Bethlehem or Salem in Europe that I can think of. Very tiny ones in Wales, before anyone starts...

If we count Australia as part of Asia (I assume we do, as where else is it?), then Newcastle works better than Victoria

Australia is part of Australasia, which is basically Australia, Tasmania, various islands off them, and possibly New Guinea. Never normally counted as part of Asia, to my knowledge.

Where is Victoria in Europe - unless you count Vittoria in Spain?

If Australasia isn't to be viewed as part of Asia, then what do we do about it? Ignore it? Or view it as another continent in its own right?
