I believe the original story never actually gave her a name. Rudolph's father was Donner. His mother was referred to as Mrs. Donner.

In the 1998 movie, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Debbie Reynolds is the voice of Mitzi, Rudolph's mother. In other stories she is only refered to is Mrs. Donner. Debbie Reynolds also does the voice of Mrs. Claus and Mrs. Prancer.
