No, they are not related. Bob Denver was born Robert Denver on January 9, 1935 in New Rochelle, NY. John Denver's birth name was Henry John Deutchendorf, and he was born December 31, 1943 in Roswell, NM. John did not sing the theme song to Gilligan's Island.
