What does one get at a diner when they order a 'Mae West'?

Just as a note, in my search I found this piece of info: Mae West - A snack food similar to a Ring Ding. Popular mostly in Quebec. Usually consumed with Pepsi. However at Sullivan O'Shaughnessy's Diner at the Hyatt Regency DFW (Dallas) a Mae West is - Grilled Chicken Sandwich with BBQ Sauce and Monterey Jack Cheese with French Fries.
[NOTE: Spelling appears to be May West on the cake. No link found for the sandwich.]

McGruff is right. I live in Quebec and a Mae West here is a little cake (chocolate whith white cream filling) but I didn't think it was what you were looking for because you never order them in a diner.
