Presuming this review lists all of them, there are five fish in the aquarium in the dentist's office, or six counting Nemo.

In fact there are actually 6 without or 7 including nemo.
These are: Bloat (pufferfish), Gurgle (royal gramma), Gill (moorish idol), Bubbles (yellow tang), Deb (humbug), Peach (starfish) and nemo (clownfish). Also there is one cleaner shrimp named Jacques. http://www.apple.com/games/articles/2003/05/findingnemo/
