Hate to answer without a specific answer, but this question has slipped past many.

The answer would be 'not many' - the bigger roos have the potential to attack or even kill a human, but the human would have to get into hand-to-paw combat with it.

The more likely cause of roo death is hitting one with your car at night.

I agree with Aldridge.

This question has bugged me for a while, but a MASSIVE amount of 'net searching has failed to turn up any statistics for deaths caused by kangaroos, aside from references to road accidents where kangaroos are hit by cars and the drivers die from the loss of control of their vehicle.

Apparently, one third of road accidents in Australian Capital Teritory are attributable to striking kangaroos.

Has ACAS been called out to help get these kangaroos back to work and prevent one third of road accidents.

LOL, SM!! :-D

Apparently the kangaroos turn nasty when drivers try to cross their picket lines.
