A 100 lb person weighs 8 lbs on Pluto.
Therefore a 110 lb person would weigh 8.8 lbs

6.49 pounds, as the surface acceleration due to gravity is about 1/17th that of the Earth's.
Oh. As there seems such a discrepancy I'd better say where I got my multiplier from:

I agree with Stew.
Pluto's gravity is just over 1/17th of that of the Earth's.
Using NASA's own figures the multiplying factor is 0.059 which makes it 6.49 pounds.

The source I have says that the acceleration due to gravity for Pluto is 0.29 m/s (to the 2nd power) thus a 110-pound earthling would weigh only 3 lbs on Pluto!
