Athene was the Greek goddess of wisdom as was Minerva the Roman. Not sure if this is the same as knowledge.

Are there are no gods of knowledge, only goddesses of wisdom?

In Greek and Roman mythology there were several deities related to knowledge, wisdom and intellect - such as Apollo, Athena (Minerva) and the Muses.
