The motto of the new RMAS is "Serve to Lead" and replaced the Latin "Sua Tela Tonanti" (Their weapons are Thunderbolts) and "Vires Aquirit Eundo" (It gains strength as it goes) of the RMA (Royal Military Academy) and RMC (Royal Military College) respectively.
