What is the centre of a target called?

Bull's Eye would be the usual term for a target such as the one used in archery.

Or Zuboshi if you were a Japanese archer.

In archery it would be the inner bullseye (worth 10) as opposed to the outer bullseye (worth only 9). The whole bullseye, including both regions, is called the Gold (the Yellow doesn't sound as good).
