It may mean nothing but if nothing's gonna change my world I suppose I'd better look into it:

Jai- Honour to
Guru- teacher
Dev- divine
Om- the primordial sound of the universe.

It is an expression of love and devotion to one's guru or God.

"jai guru deva om"-a hindi phrase that is used to praise the God."jai"-hail;"gurudeva"-master;"om"-spiritual word meanig the universal pronunciation in hinduism and buddhisim.
