From what I understand, a middle name has not been revealed for Marge, but has been shown as Marge "Bouvier" (her maiden name). Homer's is "Jay": https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marge_Simpson

The full names of the five main members of the family are Homer Jay Simpson, Marjorie Simpson (nee Bouvier), Bartholemew Jo-Jo Simpson, Lisa Marie Simpson and Margaret Simpson.
