It's called an vigintillion, or in the American system, a novemtrigintillion.
Definition of vigintillion
US : a number equal to 1 followed by 63 zeros
British : a number equal to 1 followed by 120 zeros

A novemtrigintillion is equal to 10 power 120. In the long scale which is commonly used in France and Germany, 10 to the power 120 is called vigintillion.
