This show takes place under the sea, in a little town of Bikini Bottom. Many sea creatures live there. None of them however are as loveable as SpongeBob SquarePants. He lives in a pineapple with his pet snail, Gary. He lives next door to Squidward Tenticles, a boring and stuffy squid that hates SpongeBob. He Also lives near his best friend Patrick Star, a little dumb starfish who really loves ice cream.
