Who was the little black cartoon character with the bone in his nose that was followed about by a black crow?

My guess is that panikki was referring to Inki & the Minah Bird, a 1942 cartoon from Warner Brothers and Chuck Jones. The bone is through the little black character's top knot rather than his nose, and as the title indicates, it was a minah bird rather than a crow, but otherwise it seems to fit.
