I believe that was the Cardassian name for
"Deep Space Nine" from the series.

Correct. But what does it mean. Does it literaly mean 'Deep Space Nine' in Cardassian?

There is a lot of internet speculation, but according to Memory Alpha, which is about as close to Star Trek as you can get, 'Nor' stands for a base or station; 'Terok'? - we don't know.
