What does the term 'nursery cannon' mean in relation to billiards?

It's an easy cannon where the other two balls are very close together, but means you can hit them softly and leave them in a similar position and keep on gettin numerous more cannons. It usually means they're on the cushion, and there's a limit of 75 in a row. (Know the game book, billiards).
