The song appeared on I Could Go On Singing (1963), Judy Garland's last film. Ringo Starr also sang an impromptu version of the song in Magical Mystery Tour, The Beatles' TV special broadcast by the BBC on 26 December 1967.

I wouldn't say it 'came from' the film, as it was written in 1944, long before 1963... It's by Fred Heatherton, and is a music hall type song - a rather late one at that. It was used in the film, and was earlier a hit for Danny Kaye. I've not heard that recording, but visions of Dick Van Dyke come to mind. Few Americans seem to be able to manage Cockney pronunciation, and it is a requisite of this song. (A lot of Americans in the film world used to think the whole British working class spoke Cockney...)
