Is there any record of a monarch having ever used a swan as toilet paper?

However it says Louis IXV bred a flock of swans to use their feathers for that purpose, so indirectly if a better source can be found then the answer is possibly.

I have read that claim before too about kings and swans and have never been able to find a reference to a reliable source.
